It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harry Smith Jr. (Bishopville, Maryland), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Smith; his daughters, Tina M. Jarvis (Gregory Hitchens) and Michele L. Mears (Michael Mears); his grandchildren, Harper Jarvis, Morgan Mears, Miranda Mears and Hadlie Jarvis; his great grandchild H. J. Jarvis; and his siblings, Jean Ellen Lyons, Harriet Smith, Andrea Kasper, Sandra Birch and Roger Smith. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services and burial will be held privately at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Harry's name to American Legion Post #123, 10111 Old Ocean City Blvd., Berlin, MD 21811 or Doric Lodge #30, PO Box 788, Millville, DE 19967.
