He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson James "Emp" Parker and Margaret Marie Parker. He is survived by: his children, James Everette Jones (Yvonne), Robert Hargrove, Jamie Dixon, Ryan Shelton (Heather) and Precious Santiago. He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins and devoted friends.
