He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McCoy (Rutledge) and Thomas McCoy; his brothers, Tommy, Robert and Kevin McCoy; and his great-niece Callagy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard McCoy (Debra) and Barbara (Keith Cunningham); his siblings-in-law, Lisa Collington (Sean), Brian Ross (Diane) and Bob Ross (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Casey, Megan, Matt, Brennan, Katie, Melissa, Becky and Sloane; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luise, Emila, Jameson and Braxton; and his siblings-in-law, John and Pat Ross.
In lieu of flowers and in appreciation of the care he received, contributions may be made to the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad in Bill's memory.
