She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Dimitrios Theakos; her sibling Despina Condoleon; her nieces and nephews, Patrick, Aspasia Theros, Mitchell Ticoras, Peggy Kontos and Effi Kontoleon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nickolas, Marika and Helene Theros; and also Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the World Wildlife Fund or to St. Jude Children's Hospital (see below).
