With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Topsy I. Szkutnik of Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Albert J Szkutnik; her daughter Christel Bivens (Szkutnik); and her grandson Brett T Bivens. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society.
