Shack, III; his daughter-in-law Monica Sullivan Shack; his granddaughter Madeline McKinstry Shack of Brookline, MA.; his siblings, Marion Mathews, Robert F. Shack and Richard Shack; his sister-in-law Carol Shack; and his sister Marianne Gambini.
In lieu of flowers or condolences, Tom wished that donations be made to Hebrew Senior Life in support of the dignity and independence they provide to all Brookline seniors.
