We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2019, at the age of 53, Thomas Andrew Rice (Bethesda, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Paul R. Rice. He is survived by: his daughters, Libby Rice, Katie Rice and Becky Rice; his sister Allyson Rice; his mother Jane B. Rice; and his grandmother Marguerite Leishman.
