It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamzin MacDonald McMinn of Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. McMinn. She is survived by: her children, Donald (Harv) and Virginia (Todd); and her grandchildren, Emily, Lillian and Alexander.
