We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Stephen Katz (Bethesda, Maryland). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Katz, Kenneth Katz and Karen Katz (Darryl Bouganim); and his grandson Benjamin Bouganim. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
Donations in Steve's memory can be made to support the American Academy of Dermatology's Strauss & Katz World Congress of Dermatology Fund, which helps young dermatologists from developing countries attend dermatology meetings.
