It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Donald Harlan Jr. (Bethesda, Maryland), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Edith Baker Harlan and Stephen D. Harlan, Sr.; his close friend Steve (Joan); his wife Mary Joan Harlan; his children, Ann Harlan (Ronald Neill) and Stephen Donald Harlan III (Laura Anne Harlan); and his grandchildren, Stephen Donald Harlan IV, Emily Anne Harlan and Laura Elizabeth Harlan.
