He is survived by: his wife Annette Schiattareggia; his children, Larry Pellerito and Tonimaria Ayers; his grandchildren, Maria, Jamie Ayers, Quinn and Sam Pellerito; and his siblings, Jim, Joanne, Gerry, Annette and Larry.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Legion Veterans Strengthening America fund.
