With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Williamson of Bethesda, Maryland, born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on January 26, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert P. Redman and Alice A. Redman; and her friend Dr. Jerome Ramsey of Binghamton. She is survived by: her husband David Williamson Jr. of Officer's Club; her children, Dr. Anne Williamson of Wallingford, CT and David Williamson III of Washington; and her grandsons, R. Taylor Williamson, John M. Williamson and Robert D. Williamson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in her name to the National Cathedral School for Girls or the National Abortion Rights Action League.
