He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ballard F. and Mary C. Combs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Emilie Combs; his sons, Jon of Denver, CO, Christopher (Adriana Abreu) of El Salvador and Brendan (Darlene) of Rockville, MD; his grandchildren, Connor, Gabriela and Juliana; and his brothers, James (Madonna) of Owensboro, KY, Kenneth of New Orleans, LA and Byron (Marlene) of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
