With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia O'Neill (Bethesda, Maryland), who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her granddaughter Brooke; her daughter Jennifer Schiffer; her son-in-law Dan Schiffer; her grandson Will; her sister Carolyn O'Conor; and also Rick.
While doctors have not identified the cause of death, the family does not believe it was related to the coronavirus.
