She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Flax; and her parents, Jacob Slavin and Minnie Slavin. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Flax Attman (Ronald) and Harvey Flax (Susie); her sister Anita Kurtz (late Charles); her grandchildren, Lisa Attman Palmer (Adam), Scott Attman (Donna), Keith Attman (Alissa), Andy Attman (Julie), Amy Flax and Beth Flax Ressler (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Chase, Alexandra Palmer, Ryan, Sydney, Samuel Attman, Dylan, Mollie Attman, Tyler, Estie Attman and Audriana Ressler. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
