He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Freedman (Andrew), Katherine Scullion (Paul) and Daniel (Roopa); his grandchildren, Zachary, Max and Adriana; his brother David (Nancy); and his grandchild Brendan Michael.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mike's honor to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
