He is survived by: his children, Dawn Chaikin, Tom Chaikin and Mark Chaikin; his grandchildren, Sean Chaikin, Dylan Chaikin, Lauren Chaikin and Kevin Chaikin; and his siblings, Fil Chaikin, Francis Chaikin and Rose Grossman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Joseph Gawler's Sons Funeral Home (5130 Wisconsin Ave, Washington, DC 20016). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Memorial Gardens (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
