Louise Osteen Harrell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Osteen Harrell of Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James M. Osteen and Claudia Qualls Osteen; her husband Robert Harrell, Sr.; her sons, Jim (Cheryl) and Bob; and her grandchildren, Jack, Joe, Chrys and Sophie. She was also cherished by child, her cousins and their spouses were her sisters and brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Second Chance Wildlife Center.
