She was predeceased by: her spouse John Joseph O'Keefe; and her sibling Eugene Hogan. She is survived by: her children, Anne O. McConaghy, Mary P. Conley (Christopher), Kathleen O. Massaro (late Raymond), Eileen O. Smith (Patrick), Patrick J. O'Keefe (Joanne) and Thomas B. O'Keefe (Kristin); and her siblings, Joan Bauk and Maureen Sullivan. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
