She was predeceased by: her spouse John "Jack" Waters. She is survived by: her children, Jacalyn Ann, Queen III and Harry A. Waters, III; her grandchildren, Cristen, Reid, Kevin, Brendan Waters and Kimberly Queen; and her siblings, Lois Reilly and Edna Briggs.
