She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Andrew E. Mance and Elizabeth Kennedy Mance. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Utterback (Ed) of Aurora, Andrew E. Mance, Jr. of Asheville, Dr. Thomas Mance (Mary Jo) of Wauwatosa, Margaret O'Brien (Don) of Madison, Stephanie Mance (John) of Hershey, Michael Mance and Barbara Michael (Rob) of Oakland, Maryland.; and also Sandy Cheves.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (1100 Memorial Dr, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter (208 S 4th St, Oakland, MD 21550).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy's name to the National Retail Federation Foundation, the Monocacy Foundation, and World Central Kitchen.
