As we bid Judy Kay farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Judy Kay is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Curran; her brother Bobby Woods; and her stepdaughters, Allison Curran Hoak and Marisa Curran Zaneis.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethesda Meeting House (9400 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20814).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to So Others Might Eat in Washington, DC, which is a charity Judy has supported for years and close to her heart.
