It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Ann Pels (Bethesda, Maryland), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Anthony Pels Jr. (Catherine), Valerie Joyce Pels-Kohout (late Dale) and Jon Dennis Pels (Paula); her grandchildren, Jeramiah, Katie (John), Callahan, Collin, Kiersten Lily, Lauren, Erin, Ryan and Simon; and her great grandchild Olivia.
