He was predeceased by: his mother Emily Kutler. He is survived by: his wife Maricar Caipang; his children, Toby Kutler and Leila Kutler (Ben Arnstein); his siblings, Martin Kutler (Gayle Wolfe) and Rosalind Kutler (Kleyton Jones); and his father Samuel Kutler. He is also survived by extended family and life-long friends.
