We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2021, at the age of 79, John Joseph McHugh of Bethesda, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia Donohoe McHugh; his child Jean Donohoe McHugh (Charlie Braico); his grandsons, John McHugh "Mac" Keogh and Robert Emmet Keogh; his parents, Grace Mae Winter and Simon Francis "Mac" McHugh; his brother Simon Francis McHugh; his great grandchild Jean; and his grandsons, Mac and Emmet.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities DC.
