He is survived by: his wife Barbara Barry Jaffe; his children, Cheryl Damico (Curt) of Purcellville, VA, Suzanne Hanagan (James) of Orange, VA and Jerry Jaffe (Rachel) of Ellicott City; his grandchildren, Star Whittaker, Jessica Whittaker (Phil Mcguire), Samantha Whittaker, Victoria Jaffe and Cameron Jaffe; his siblings, Michael Jaffe (Jacqueline) and Diane Fernandes-Bacas (Jaime); and his brother-in-law Le Barry (Lan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to any of these organizations.
