She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Jamitis (Kerlavage) and Adolph Anthony Jamitis; her husband Joseph T. Destefano; her brother Joseph Jamitis; and her son-in-law David Salovesh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Ashton, Nancy (Anthony Winkler) and Jean DeStefano; her sister Betty Ann Sell; and her granddaughter Ophelia DeStefano. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
