It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean D. Palmer of Bethesda, Maryland, born in Garfield, New Jersey, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Galka and Victoria Galka; her husband Joe Palmer; her children, Diane Hill (Ed) and Joe Palmer (Jackie); her grandchildren, Anne (Anak), Kate (Jim), Michael and David; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Karin, Clara and Lydia; and her siblings, Emil Galka, Chester Galka, Helen Palso and Vera Bobela.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jean may be made to the National Wildlife Federation.
