She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Lloyd Bauer and May Pauline Bauer (Snell); her husband Peter D. Fisler; her daughters, Lori Fisler Damrosch (David), Wendy Atwood Petti (Matthew) and Carol Fisler (Larry Martin); and her grandchildren, Diana Damrosch Lyons (Derek), Eva Damrosch, Peter Damrosch, Chris Osterwood (Kristen), Carl Atwood (Halley Fehner), Emily Petti, Pete Martin and Lydia Martin. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.
