With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irene Abrahamian (Bethesda, Maryland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Irene left this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Minas Babajanian and Therese Babajanian. She is survived by: her husband Avo Abrahamian; her children, Areg Abrahamian (Ella DerMinassian), Ara Abrahamian and Christine Abrahamian (Artin Tatevossian); her grandchildren, Ava and Armen Abrahamian; her siblings, Maggie Simonian (Armen) and Garen Babajanian; her nieces, Sharis and Mona Simonian; and her nephew Raffi Simonian.

“To the Abrahamian Famiy, We wish we could be with you in person to offer support at this difficult time. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of Irene's loved ones. We only met Irene on one or two occasions and wish we could have known her better. We know Christine through Artin whose sister is married to our son Ed Casabian. Christine, we are so sad for all of you. She is gone too soon, but her pain and suffering is over. Remember, she lives on within all of you. May she RIP.”
