It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Humberto E. Arbulu-Neira (Bethesda, Maryland), who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Humberto Arbulu and Violeta Neira; his wife Rose Arbulu; his sister Violeta Arbulu-Neira; his children, Cynthia Donnelly and Diego Arbulu; his children-in-law, Patrick Donnelly and Maria Clara Franco; and his grandchildren, Patrick Donnelly Jr., Anthony Donnelly, David Donnelly, Christopher Donnelly, Gabriela Arbulu and Nicolás Arbulu.
