He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Taggart; his children, Rick Q. Wilson (Mintra) of Los Angeles, Mary Q. Bern (Gregory) of Silver Spring and James M. Quintero of Bethesda; his grandchildren, Ajna Sharma-Wilson and Sivan Sharma-Wilson (Cara); his daughter Maria Teresa Quintero; and his grandson Ryan G. Bern.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mr. Quintero's name to Catholic Charities.
