She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold L. Stowell (Jim); and her parents, Archie C. Cline and Mabel Hubler Cline of Carlisle, PA.. She is survived by: her children, J. Michael Stowell of Olney, MD and Lindsley Hockman of Front Royal, VA; her grandchildren, Ashley Lewis (Clyde) of Clarksburg, MD and Ryan Stowell of Okatie, SC; her great grandchild Jace Lewis of Clarksburg, MD; her nephew James Westcott of Ashburn, VA; her nieces, Helene Westcott Main of Concord, NC and Laura Westcott O'Roark of Stephenson, VA.; her husband Jim Stowell; and her friend Vassi Triantis.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the governmental restrictions on gathering, her viewing and funeral will be private.
