She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wallerstein and Rose Wallerstein; and her sister Charlotte Kiell (Lloyd). She is survived by: her spouse Lee Derkay; her children, Lori, Craig Derkay (Kris Kennedy) and Howard Derkay (Lori "Stukey"); her grandchildren, Alex Kennedy, Andy Kennedy-Derkay, Pete Derkay (Macy) and Katey Derkay; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Avi Lee and Dean O'Donnell; and her brother Shelly Wallerstein (Marilyn).
