The passing of George A. Wahl of Bethesda, Maryland leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 90. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint George leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his wife Ellen (Susie); his children, Katherine (Ted) and George (Megan); and his grandsons, Peter Jones, Seth Jones, John Wahl, Luke Wahl and Thomas Wahl (T. J.). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the DeVol Funeral Home - Maryland (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church (9601 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814).
