Esther Kranton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther Kranton of Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Esther is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Esther's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jack Kranton; her daughters, Miriam Kranton, Rachel Kranton (Abdeslam Maghraoui) and Deena Perelmuter (Edward); and her grandchildren, Sam, Laura, Chana Leah, Schmuel Chaim, Lena and Sarah.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery (9500 Riggs Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania (https://www.plannedparenthood.org) in Esther's name.
