She is survived by: her husband Dr. Shant Markarian; her children, Kris (Craig Willis DeJesus) of Chevy Chase, Shant Jr. (Judit) of Bethesda and Craig of Barcelona, Spain; her grandchildren, Mirabella and Dez; and her sisters, Virginia Dadourian (late Alex), Stephanie Berberian (Hapet) and Andrea Holbrook (Stuart).
