He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Matthew Thompson; his former spouse Andrea; his stepson Steven Martin [Jennifer]; his grandchildren, Tyler Martin, Zara Thompson, Zami Thompson, Olivia Martin and Mia Martin; and his former wife Nancy McCall Thompson [Robert].
