It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lawrence Colvin of Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Tyler; his parents, Donald Colvin and Jackie Colvin; his sisters, Dorene Ernst (Paul) and Donna Nemeth (Louis); his mother-in-law Ruth Tyler; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Tyler (Marcia Hoffman). He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
