He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Cleophus Thomas Hunt, Sr.; his brother The Doobie; his mother Reiko Saito Hunt; his siblings, Cleophus Thomas Hunt, Jr. (Dorothy), Michael Edward Hunt, Sr. (Janetter), Peter Anthony Hunt (Judy) and Naomi Reiko Hunt-Mable (Alonzo); his stepmother Mary E. Hunt; his stepbrothers, Romeo Mack (Regina) and John Gerome Mack; his siblings, Tyree Chavon Hunt Smith (Robert) and Eric Thomas Lewis; his stepbrothers, Thomas Reginald Marshall (Kimberly) and Donald Tobias Dickerson (Channel); and his siblings, Melissa Ophelia Hunt Jackson (Carlos) and Paul Marvin Hunt (Latasha). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
