It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Chen (Bethesda, Maryland), who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chester Chen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Chen and Marie Chen; and his siblings, Karl Chen, Gloria Lynn Kee Chow and Rose Marie Greta.
He is survived by: his friends, Ska and Reggae; his wife Michele Chen; his children, Derek Chen (Catherine) and Stephanie Berry (Matthew); his grandson Daniel Berry; and his siblings, Trevor Chen and Marjorie Poy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Shady Grove Pregnancy Center, the Little Sisters of the Poor, and the American Cancer Society.
