Ostdiek of Bethesda, Maryland, born in Kilmarnock, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2024 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Claybrook and Garnett Claybrook; and her former husband Arthur Joseph Ostdiek. She is survived by: her husband Joe; and her daughters, Judith Corcoran (William) of Bluffton, SC, Kathleen Dugan (Joseph) of Rockville, MD, Mary Josephine Barrick of Bethesda, MD and Elizabeth Lewis (Mark) of Mount Pleasant, SC. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Bethesda (7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814). A Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church (917 Montrose Rd, Rockville, MD 20852).
