It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Baldwin Newby (Bethesda, Maryland), who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Jane Wilson and Franklin Hilliard Baldwin of Orchard Park, NY. She is survived by: her husband Steven T. Newby of North Potomac, MD; her brother William Baldwin; her sister-in-law Ruth Baldwin of Richmond, VA.; her children, Suzanne Wilson Newby-Estes (Deron Estes), Franklin Baldwin Newby (Bridget Newby), Patricia Capehart Roome (Christopher Roome) and Andrews Trowbridge Newby (Laura Newby); and her grandchildren, Jackson, Henry, Ryan, Zadie, Matthew, Jones, Declan, Daniel, Isabel, Grayson, Mary and Sam.
