She is survived by: her sister Britta Chambers of Gaithersburg; her nieces, Emily Volz (Harry) of Frederick, Betsy Smith (Stuart) of McLean and Becky Mitchell (Patrick) of Bainbridge Island, WA; her nephew Timothy Chambers of Silver Spring; her great-nephew Cameron Smith of Morgantown, WV; and her great-nieces, Britta Volz (Roberto) of Ann Arbor, MI, Katie Ellis (Joel) of Jacksonville, FL, Olivia Mitchell of Bainbridge Island, WA and Siena Chambers of Nagoya, Japan.
She was a mainstay at Meals on Wheels, Ward Circle until it closed during the Covid pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that friends wishing to honor Anna-Stina's life make a donation in her name to a charity of their choice.
