He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Fried (Bobby); his children, Joel, Carol, Gary (Bev) and Leslie (Jeff); and his brother-in-law Larry Krause. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Terrapin Club or Adas Israel Congregation.
