He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anzalone and Loretta Platt Anzalone; and his brother John Anzalone Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kiggins Anzalone; his children, Kimberly McBain (Mark) and Samuel Anzalone Jr. (Charlee); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kevin, Kira and Sydney; his great grandchild McKenna; his sister-in-law Betty; and his brothers, Thomas Anzalone and James Anzalone (Deborah). He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
