He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Albert Bagnall and Myrtle Bagnall (Wilson); and his brother Clark W. Bagnall. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Bagnall; his children, Russell J. Bagnall (Jaclyn) and Meaghan Newberger (Chad); and his grandchildren, Hunter Bagnall, Ellie Newberger, William Bagnall, Collin Bagnall, Everleigh Bagnall and Presley Bagnall.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (8648 Stephen Decatur Hwy, Berlin, MD 21811). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bethany United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
