Fisher of Berlin, Maryland, born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell David Fisher and Grace Smith Fisher; and his children, Danny Scott Fisher and Myleah Lynn Fisher Hubicki. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Umbenhower Fisher; his sister Candyce Lee Duffy (Mike); his sister-in-law Jane Brubaker (Lester); his grandchild LaShae Hubicki; his great grandchild Ocean; his grandson Ty Hubicki (Carly); his great grandchild Chase; and his grandchild Callie Hubicki Nice (Dylan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
