He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Cooke and Eleanor Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cooke; his sister Mary Lou (Denny); his sons, Patrick (Susan) and Greg (Megan); and his grandchildren, Mckena, Kiley, Marina and Shane. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
