He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Cerv and Rose Cerv (Spicka). He is survived by: his children, Douglas Cerv, Deborah O'Meara and Stephen Cerv; and his grandchildren, Ashley O'Meara, Sara Cerv, Justin Cerv, Madeline Cerv and Stephen Fagg.
